Design and construction of new 3 feeder spot network 13.8kv primary electrical distribution system including underground utility metering vault, ductbanks, five underground network transformer vaults, connection to existing electrical system and removal of existing electrical system at the occupied headquarters for the Department of Homeland Security; Nebraska Avenue Complex in Washington, D.C.  Included mechanical work in vaults, interface with existing fire alarm and building automation system, new power monitoring system, and replacement of generator PLC for site. Singleton was r responsible for coordination and scheduling with PEPCO the changeover of power to the new system for over 30 buildings with no unscheduled disruptions to the facility.
